10.1 Where we provide services (beyond free informational content), those are subject to separate service agreements.
10.2 In case of conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the terms in the service agreement take precedence.
10.3 We make sure that our general terms are accessible, written clearly (in Dutch if dealing with Dutch consumers), and fair.
10.4 Provisions that are unreasonably onerous under Dutch law (including those listed under Articles 6:236–6:237 of the Dutch Civil Code) will not be enforceable against the user.
